Performance = Potential – (Inner) Interference

I help you and your organisation go from Potential to Performance.

Meaning: unlocking potential and building powerful teams that bring real results. More revenue, less absenteeism, lower turnover, stronger reputation as an employer… and a bit more peace of mind, too.

To get there, we’ll tackle the interferences, the things that are getting in the way of the growth and impact of the individual, team and organisation.

The work happens in three phases: Sense - Shape - Shift

Sense

We start by mapping out what’s really going on, both above and below the surface and on the three levels: individual, team and organisation. I listen, observe and zoom out to see the bigger picture.

  • Where are the interferences?
    Are we talking about limiting beliefs, underlying tensions, invisible dynamics?

  • What recurring patterns show up?
    Are we seeing things like conflict avoidance, micromanagement, change fatigue?

  • What dynamics are at play?
    A “them vs us” vibe? A give-take imbalance? Too many elephants in the room?

  • What is still hiding beneath the surface?

Then I help make sense of what I’ve seen, heard and felt, so we can take targeted action. And I say we on purpose: this is co-creation, with clear commitment from both sides. I bring the expertise and experience; you create the space where change can truly happen.

Shape

I don’t come with a pre-baked solution or one-size-fits-all. What I do is (co-)create what’s actually needed, based on what we’ve observed. That might be a coaching track, a workshop, a development program, guidance on organisational design or business processes, or a mix.

I bring to the table:

  • years of experience in the corporate world (yes, I know the game)

  • a solid and diverse toolbox built up over the years

At this point, we know what needs to shift, and how to make it happen.

We’ve got a solid strategy, a clear plan, and we’re ready to move, together.

Shift

This is the moment of truth, where change really happens. I’ll lead and support the shift through consulting, coaching, facilitation or training.

We do only what is needed, nothing more, nothing less. No overkill and no quick fixes. We step into the process together. We learn, experiment, stretch and start seeing real change.

Then we anchor it, so it sticks.
